APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY
These are made through this website under 'BOOK NOW'.

To ensure that the work completed on all client’s orders is up to the standards of quality I expect and strive for,
a few hours from every work day are reserved and unavailable for bookings.

The remainder of the day is then allocated for bookings.
Booking slots are generally available in the afternoon during the week and in the morning on Friday and Saturday.
I have found that these times work for the majority of my clients.
Bookings become available 60 days in advance and can fill up quickly – especially weekend slots.

The booking system allows you to adjust, move and cancel your booking slot to any other available booking time as you may require to work around changes in your plans.
You can find a link to alter your booking at the bottom of the confirmation email.

I am closed on all Queensland public holidays.
I am also generally unavailable Saturday afternoon and Sunday as this is my weekend/time off.
Mondays are not available for bookings as they are reserved for scheduled maintenance of machines, supplier deliveries and other similar business upkeep requirements.

I hope this helps explain my client’s bookings or work hours for you.
